Duties Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary guidelines Ensure food is served at proper temperatures and in correct portions Assist with meal prep and kitchen organization Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards Properly store, label, and date all food items Requirements Previous cooking experience preferred (healthcare or large-scale setting a plus) Knowledge of modified diets and food safety practices Dependable with strong attention to detail Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays Why CareCore at Lima?
