Laborist (OB/GYN) | Full-TimeA well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in the Renton, Washington area is actively seeking a full-time Laborist (OB/GYN) to join its collaborative Women's Health team. This is a team-based, patient-centered environment serving a diverse patient population, with strong system-wide clinical support and resources.The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.Position Overview• Provide in-house Labor & Delivery coverage• Manage obstetric triage, admissions, and emergency OB/GYN cases• Perform vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections• Provide gynecologic emergency care and urgent surgical procedures as needed• Support and collaborate with Certified Nurse Midwives and Family Medicine OB providers• Respond to urgent obstetric and surgical emergencies• Work closely with anesthesia, pediatrics, neonatology, and nursing teams• Ensure safe, high-quality maternal and fetal careThis role is ideal for a physician who enjoys high-acuity obstetrics, hospital-based practice, and collaborative team-based care without outpatient clinic responsibilities.Qualifications• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology• Eligible for Washington State medical licensure• Active/Eligible DEA registration• Experience in high-risk obstetrics preferred; strong new graduates welcomeCompensation is open to discussion and commensurate with experience.
