Discover your exciting roleThe Senior Manager Engineering Project Management is responsible for running all aspects of a design, design/build, EPCM and/or construction project. Responsible for all scope, schedule, budget, safety, and team management. Must be able to lead and manage reimbursable projects up to $200 million and/or fixed price projects up top $150 million. Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionProvides leadership to the proposal technical team and project team upon award of a contractIdentifies differentiating factors concerning approach, design, and constructability during bid, proposal, and execution phasesCoordinates meetings between potential clients and individual internal specialistsProvides EPC Project Management support to the Business Development groupManages EPC, Design, Construction Management and/or Design Build projectsAccountable for managing the overall execution of the contract Stakeholder & Team Management Provides leadership to the proposal technical team and project team upon award of a contractIdentifies differentiating factors concerning approach, design, and constructability during bid, proposal, and execution phasesCoordinates meetings between potential clients and individual internal specialistsProvides EPC Project Management support to the Business Development groupManages EPC, Design, Construction Management and/or Design Build projects Budget & Financial Oversight Accountable for managing the overall execution of the contractResponsible for project profit and loss commitments through effective scope management, schedule management, cost control, change control, cash management, risk management, and implementation of recovery strategies Project Delivery Participates in continuous improvement plans as directed and/or through proactive application of personal expertiseMaintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Company’s project processes, procedures, and policies and is responsible for enforcing the use and conformance thereofIn coordination with the relevant Discipline Director, executes a master agreement with each consultantMaintains a thorough understanding of the Company/Owner contract and all project correspondence and documentationDevelops and maintains continuous positive relationships with the Client and their representativesMonitors the training of all project staff personnel in coordination with Discipline Directors and with available programsPromotes positive staff morale, professionalism, and attitude and assists to resolve potential deficiencies when identified or perceived Safety Champions Safety, Quality, Regulatory Compliance and The Collaborative WayOther duties as assigned Show your expertiseMinimum Required: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field OSHA 10 required/OSHA 30 preferred10+ years of senior level construction management or design management experience10+ years of project management experience Preferred Master’s degree preferredPrior experience as a Senior Project Manager for a minimum of two successful projects. Experience on projects under design and/or constructionShown acumen for managing peopleExperience in either construction management role or design management roleTechnical Project Management Ability to oversee complex semiconductor projects, integrating technical expertise with project management skills to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client expectations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and foster collaboration between engineers, contractors, and suppliers. Risk Assessment & Problem Solving Expertise in identifying project risks, implementing proactive mitigation strategies, and solving challenges that arise during construction, commissioning, or technology transfer phases.
