Brand Ambassador | Part-Time | Multiple Locations Now Hiring: Brand Ambassador Locations: Troy, MI Ross Park, Pittsburgh, PA Hourly Rate: $28–$32/hour Schedule: Part-Time We are seeking Brand Ambassadors for our Troy, MI and Ross Park, Pittsburgh, PA locations to represent our brand and deliver an exceptional, high-touch customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, creating engaging experiences, and driving sales. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional client experience and build strong customer relationships Promote brand awareness and support sales goals Educate customers on fragrance products and demonstrate their use Participate in product training, pre-selling initiatives, and sales-driving events Support inventory presentation, organization, storage, and replenishment Represent the brand at in-store and special events Maintain a safe, professional, and organized work environment Work independently while collaborating effectively with the team What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalent required 1–2 years of related retail, sales, beauty, fragrance, or customer service experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional, polished presentation and business attire Self-starter who is resourceful, adaptable, and customer-focused Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and punctuality Weekend availability is a must, including Saturdays and Sundays Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
