Clinic Hours Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 7:00PM Saturday - Sunday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM This position requires a flexible schedule, with rotating shifts based on operational needs. Primary duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and answering patient questions. Education HS Diploma (Required) Associate Level degree or higher in lieu of the required experience will be considered Experience 3 years Customer Service experience (Required) 1 year experience with Health Insurance Plans, Medical Records Data, Medical Terminology, Registration, Scheduling, or Third Party Payers (Required) Keywords Patient Care Specialist, Talroo-Allied Health, Medical Office Compensation We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $21.69 - $32.44 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
