Professional Search Advisors is seeking a Senior Project Manager to work on the Owner's Rep side with a Project Management Firm to oversee and manage all aspects of real estate development projects for healthcare clients. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all project activities from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENT S: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fie ld. Proven experience in real estate development, design, project management, and construction manageme nt. Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, including zoning regulations, permitting, and land use planni ng. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILIT IES: Lead the planning and development of real estate projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and delivera bles. Build and lead project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontrac tors. Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts to ensure projects remain within budgetary constra ints. Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure favorable terms and pri cing.
