Responsibilities The opportunity: As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers…so that your customers can focus on running their business. A typical day at IWG: You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready and check there’s nothing the cleaners have missed. Customers arrive throughout the morning. You assist with changing WiFi codes, directing to meeting rooms, helping set up projectors, and guiding to coffee. You ensure services are properly charged for accurate invoices. You may enjoy a coffee break. The mail arrives; you sort it and email customers about packages. That’s lunch. In the afternoon, you help with printing and invoices, open tickets in the service portal for issues, and so on. You take another coffee break. In the early afternoon, you discuss networking event planning with Community Manager, write e-invites, create posters, and share details with prospects. You wrap up the day, tidy up, and head home. About you: We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing customers with the best possible service.
