RN - Medical/Surgical Night Shift | Lafayette, LA

What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality nursing care utilizing the nursing process for diverse patient populations
Assess patient learning needs and implement educational strategies
Communicate, delegate, and manage healthcare team resources effectively
Use clinical data and information to evaluate and improve patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal care and patient satisfaction
Uphold professional standards and support organizational goals

What You Need

Current Louisiana RN license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 2 years recent medical-surgical nursing experience
Proficiency with clinical software and electronic health records
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
