Loan Telesales Officer 12 Months contract Basic $2,650 + uncapped Incentive Working Location: Newton Working Hours: 09:00 hrs – 18:00 hrs (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break) Job Description: To Promote Unsecured Facilities to our existing customer base via Telemarketing Services. Key Accountabilities To meet all set productivity targets required by the business including call productivity targets To meet all set sales targets of required accounts / volume by the Distribution channel To maintain a good understanding of both customers and business needs by following up on customer request, feedback and establishing good working relationship with team members To ensure prompt follow up with customers when required by call of duty Responsibilities Customer Service Management Ensure standard of service delivery is met, ensure all information provided to customer are clear and concise. Ensure customer knows exact product features / benefits before he applies for the product. Control and Compliance Management Ensure adherence of all established rules of engagement before, during and after sales duties. Achieve all internal and external regulatory requirements necessary to obtain an acceptable rating as defined by the Bank. No customer information is allowed to be shared / revealed to any third party at all times.
