About the Role: As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in our rehabilitation team, working closely with our Director of Rehabilitation and OT to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Your primary responsibilities will include screening residents of various cognitive and medical diagnoses, providing skilled occupational therapy services, and communicating with residents, families, caregivers, and facility staff to ensure optimal functional outcomes.
