Warehouse Associate

We’re hiring Distribution Center Associates across multiple shifts with full-time and part-time positions available! You’ll report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and have regular interaction with other team members. Join our team at Mira Loma, CA 91752 Compensation Hourly position starting at $22/hour with three raises in 12 months bringing pay to $23.20/hour + $1/hour for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators Day shift: Monday - Friday 3:30 am start time Rewards and Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage starts on day one of employment Access to up to 50 % of your paycheck based on hours worked before payday 18 paid time off (PTO) days annually for full‑time employees (accrual prorated based on employment start date) and 6 company holidays per year 6 % company contribution to a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan each pay period, no employee contribution required Employee discounts, parental leave, and other benefits Safety shoes provided (where applicable) Job Responsibilities Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, e.g. unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing, with strong attention to detail Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance and overtime requirements as needed Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team Able to work in a team environment Job Requirements Comfortable working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age Able to frequently lift, slide and lower packages up to 75 pounds Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check Able to receive feedback and work well in a team environment For PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett and Turret Truck We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or expression, protected veteran status or any other protected characteristic under federal, state or local law.
