Accounts Payable Analyst
Remote (Must reside near Plantation, FL or San Jose, CA) $40.71/hr on W2 + Weekly Pay + Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits 12-Month Contract (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume AP invoices in Oracle ERP
- Perform 2-way and 3-way PO matching
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Review invoices for proper approvals and compliance
- Assign GL coding and maintain AP documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely payments
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience with Oracle ERP
- Strong experience with 2-way and 3-way matching
- Corporate accounting/AP experience required
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
