ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 1993 and currently lead a team of seven. I've spent more than 33 years with State Farm and worked in banking before beginning my State Farm career. I'm a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where I earned my B.S. and was a quarterback, team captain, and four-year letterman. That experience helped shape the teamwork, discipline, and commitment I bring to the agency today.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Matthew Knizner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
