GLOBAL OPS is hiring Armed Security Agents for a full-time summer camp assignment supporting a prestigious seasonal camp operation in Great Barrington and West Stockbridge, Massachusetts. This assignment runs from June 2 through August 17 and offers steady hours, provided meals, and the opportunity to work in a unique outdoor setting while contributing to the safety and security of campers, staff, guests, and visitors.

What You'll Do

As an Armed Security Agent, you will:

• Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the camp property

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence across assigned areas

• Monitor and control access points for visitors, staff, contractors, and vehicles

• Observe, identify, and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or policy violations

• Respond to incidents calmly, professionally, and appropriately

• Assist with emergency response procedures and incident management

• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other security systems as required

• Complete accurate incident, activity, and shift reports

• Communicate effectively with camp leadership, staff, guests, and GLOBAL OPS supervisors

• Maintain readiness and professionalism while carrying company-authorized equipment

• Active and valid License To Carry in the state of MA

• Strong reliability and attendance

• Professional judgment and exceptional situational awareness

• The ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• The legal ability to work armed in accordance with applicable state and company requirements

Preferred Experience

Schedule

• Full-time seasonal assignment

• 12-hour shifts

• Day and night shift available

This is an on-site assignment. Candidates must be able to work in person for the duration of the summer season.
