Compensation$45-55+ Per Hour

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students

• Address fine motor development, sensory processing, visual-motor skills, self-care, and classroom participation

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary educational teams

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals

• Recommend adaptive equipment and classroom accommodations

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

California Occupational Therapist Requirements

Qualified candidates must possess:

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Active California Occupational Therapist License

• Current NBCOT certification

• Ability to meet district and state background clearance requirements

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric or school-based OT experience

• Experience supporting students with disabilities

• Familiarity with IEP processes and special education services

• Knowledge of sensory integration, assistive technology, and adaptive strategies

• Strong organization and documentation skills
