Shipping & Receiving ClerkRichfield Bloomington Honda located in Richfield, MN, is currently searching for a full time Shipping & Receiving Clerk. Schedule is Tuesday through Saturdays. 5:30 am to 1:30 pm. The ideal candidate is reliable, ethical, possesses great people skills, takes pride in his or her work, and has a natural interest in learning and developing new skills.Responsibilities:Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Checks in all incoming ordersFiles claims on missing or damaged partsPuts up stock; Sets up new stock and assign bin locationsAssures that the parts dept. is kept clean and orderly at all timesMaintains special order parts fileSends out ups and ups cod shipmentsKeeps core returns up to dateAssists in annual parts returns at various times through the yearSpot checks bins for accuracy (clinical inventory)Assures dept. is prepared for annual physical inventoryAssists in loading and routing drivers when necessaryMay at times be called upon to do a delivery or pickupAssists at the parts counter when called upon to do soBe receptive enough to be self-motivated as other jobs occurQualifications:Team orientedProfessional personal appearanceAbility to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced work environmentValid driver's license with good driving recordPre-employment background check, pre-employment drug test and driving record check will be requiredBenefits:Competitive compensationMedical insurance with a low premium and $200.00 deductibleDental and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance (employee, spouse and children)401K, with company contribution of $50.00 a week.Time-off benefits: Vacation, PTO, holidays, bereavement, jury dutyTuition ReimbursementBonus ProgramsEmployee Assistance ProgramsAbout Richfield Bloomington Honda:We offer a professional environment and ongoing training and growth.
