Caregiver (Personal Care Assistant)

Role Overview The caregiver provides hands‑on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, in accordance with Individualized Service Plans (ISP). Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key duties. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is essential. Effective communication with families and care teams is crucial to ensure quality care.
