Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing, adjusting, and balancing of HVAC systems and prepare accurate reports and field logs.
\n
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
\n
• Manage multiple projects, schedules, and team resources to ensure timely, high-quality completion.
\n
• Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to technicians.
\n
• Coordinate project schedules, technician assignments, and client communications.
\n
• Identify business development opportunities and support proposal preparation.
\n
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards.
\n
• Support ongoing professional development, certification requirements, and continuous improvement.
\n

What We’re Looking For:

\n

\n
• High school diploma or higher.
\n
• NEBB or AABC certification.
\n
• Strong mathematical, technical, and computer skills.
\n
• Self-motivated, dependable, and punctual work ethic.
\n
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
\n
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
\n
• Commitment to OSHA safety requirements and successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
