Plumber Position
We are seeking a skilled and dependable plumber to support our commercial and residential properties. This role offers steady, full-time work with a consistent Monday - Friday schedule and an excellent benefits package. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial plumbing experience and takes pride in delivering high quality, code compliant work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair work
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues including water supply, drainage, and fixtures
- Read and interpret plumbing plans, schematics, and specifications
- Ensure all plumbing work meets local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and emergency repairs
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades as needed
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Document completed work and report material or repair needs
Requirements:
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from work and job sites
- Proven commercial plumbing experience (required)
- Residential plumbing experience (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools
- Ability to work independently and manage daily workload efficiency
- Strong attendance
