Job Title
Staten Island FerryHawks Stadium is seeking a skilled and reliable Line Cook to support food service operations at one of Staten Island's premier sports and entertainment venues, located along the scenic waterfront.
Essential Functions
- Cook menu items according to standardized recipes and portion guidelines
- Prepare, season, and cook food in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure all food is stored, handled, and cooked safely following health regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking and prep stations
- Monitor inventory and communicate shortages or needs to supervisors
- Assist with setup and breakdown of cooking stations before and after events
- Work closely with kitchen staff and runners to ensure timely service to concession stands
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and stadium operational procedures
- Assist in training and mentoring less experienced kitchen staff as needed
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficiency during high-volume periods
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and stadium procedures
- Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general position compliance training
- Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management
- Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies
- Complete other duties assigned by management
- Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)

- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety and kitchen operations

- Dependable, organized, and able to follow instructions accurately
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate of $20.15 per hour, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.

Location: 75 Richmond Ter, Staten Island, NY, 10301
