About the Role

You’ll be the behind‑the‑scenes builder that keeps our systems humming. As our Tech + Automation VA, your work will automate admin tasks, connect systems, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. If you’re tech‑savvy, resourceful, and love cleaning up messy workflows, this role is for you.

Type: Part‑Time, Remote

Estimated Load: 5–15 hours/week

Reports To: Founder

Key Responsibilities

• Own high quality, accuracy, delivery, and uptime of all assets in production.
• Drive timely completion of all asset development in progress.
• Manage the flow of work and continuous, timely delivery high priority, high value, high quality deliverables.
• Set up, maintain, and optimize Keap CRM workflows, forms, and automations
• Build and maintain landing pages , thank‑you pages, and checkout flows (Spiffy, Keap, etc.)
• Integrate scheduling tools (Keap forms), email sequences, and appointment confirmations
• Troubleshoot and maintain Zapier, Stripe, Gmail filters, etc.
• Support basic updates to the website (Elementor, WordPress, or HTML knowledge preferred)
• Maintain SOP documentation in Asana, Vimeo, Google Drive, and Confluence
• Manage file organization in Vimeo, Google Drive, Confluence or shared systems
• Light graphic or content formatting tasks (bonus, not required)

You’re a Fit If You

• Are an experienced VA (2+ years) with tech chops
• Have working knowledge of Keap, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRMs
• Know how to connect apps with Zapier or similar tools
• Enjoy solving operational bottlenecks using tech and process
• Take initiative and love working behind the scenes to support a mission

Schedule & Compensation

• Part‑time, flexible remote role (US time zones)
• Hours available 7:00 am – 10:00 pm across US time zones
• Competitive hourly or retainer-based compensation
• Project‑based bonuses available for successful automation builds or workflow improvements
