Travel RN MICU Nights

Description This is a full‑time nursing position in the 24‑bed Medical ICU at UCHealth Anschutz – Aurora. The role requires a 72‑hour work period for every 2‑week pay cycle, with night shifts. Hourly pay is $50.00 plus a travel package or stipend. Thirteen‑week assignments are available, with options to extend. Location & Schedule UCHealth Anschutz – Aurora, 24‑bed Medical ICU. Shift: Night. Minimum Requirements CO RN license or eNLC privileges Minimum 1‑year nursing experience ACLS and BLS certification (BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross) CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date Responsibilities Provide top‑of‑scope nursing practice employing the nursing process. Utilize a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional patient outcomes. Prioritize patient wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice. Precept new staff and foster learning in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment. Ensure safety and quality of care at the point of care. Critical Care Scope Direct care includes ICU or PCU level care in a technically complex environment. Care is guided by AACN’s Synergy Model and relevant specialty certification standards.
