The OT evaluates needs, develops intervention plans, delivers direct and consultative services, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams in alignment with licensing requirements and practice standards. Conduct evaluations by performing assessments of fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-help abilities, and functional participation. Develop intervention plans by creating individualized treatment plans, goals, and therapy recommendations. Provide direct and consultative services by delivering therapy in individual, group, classroom-embedded, or clinic-based formats. Collaborate with teams that include educators, therapists, psychologists, nurses, and families to support functional outcomes. Support assistive technology by recommending and helping implement tools for access, communication, and participation. Documentation includes completing evaluation reports, progress notes, treatment plans, and compliance documentation. Promote safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environments across all service settings. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in schools, early intervention programs, outpatient clinics, or community-based therapy settings. Training in sensory integration, fine motor development, or assistive technology. Familiarity with trauma-informed practices and inclusive service models. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
