Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• 12 months of travel experience is preferred.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Connecticut license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Yale and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Yale.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: - You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: - Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Electrophysiology Laboratory caring for adult patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. - Performs diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral catheterizations, stent implants, IABP, Impella, EKOS, Rotablator, IVUS, FFR, Penumbra, pericardiocentesis, Shockwave, IVC filters, TEEs, cardioversions, TAVRs, and MitraClips in conjunction with the hybrid OR. - Common diagnoses include coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction, unstable angina, aortic/mitral valve disease, and peripheral vascular disease.

Shift & Scheduling: - 4, 10-Hour (07:00-17:30) 30min break. - Call required: 6-9 days of call per month 36-hours, 4-9 hour days, with 24-hour on-call; Cath lab is open 24/7 for cardiac emergencies; M-F call is from 5:15 pm - 7 am, weekend call is 24 hours each day.

Floating Requirements: - Float to Milford Campus as needed.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 01/18/2027, 05/31/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
