Responsibilities: Assist Registered Nurse and physician in determining the health status and health needs of patients basedinterpretation of health-related data and preventative health practices, in collaboration with patients, theirfamilies, and other members of immediate healthcare team. Qualifications: Job Requirements: Completion of an accredited LVN program Valid LVN license in the state of Texas BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
