Preferred Background and Skills:• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program• Active or pending Indiana SLP license• Clinical Certification of Competence (CCC-SLP) or candidates eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are both welcome• Experience in a school-based setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams• Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic caseloads

Core Responsibilities:• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders• Design and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and administrative staff• Participate in IEP meetings and support educational teams in fostering student success
