Job Overview NorthEast Electrical is looking for a full-time Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Amesbury, MA! Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM Salary Range: $22 to $24 per hour commensurate with experience, plus commission Counter Sales Rep at NorthEast Electrical is the ideal position for a person who has a passion for taking care of customers. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will provide retail and professional customers with a high level of customer service, maintain the appearance of the store and ensure it is displayed in a clean and organized manner. Typical Day Taking orders over the phone, in person, and via our Digital Tools. Entering stock, special, direct, and back orders as required. Providing customers with information and demonstration of our online solution for fast and easy ordering through our website. Providing support to the Branch Manager in the transferring, warehousing, receiving, and shipping of stock and special material. Display and stock material in counter and show room. Participate in promotions as they occur. Performing other duties as required or directed by Manager. Qualifications Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel and Website navigation. Strong customer service/communication skills, electrical or construction experience helpful. Ability to adapt quickly to changes. Dependable and a strong work ethic. The ability to work in a team setting. The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75lbs using manual and PIT Equipment.
