Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of dialysis and the overall care of patients during treatment sessions
• Educate patients on dialysis procedures, treatment goals, and self-care considerations
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians to ensure adherence to protocols and quality standards
• Adjust treatment plans per standing orders and individual care plans; monitor patient responses
• Administer prescribed medications and document care in the patient record
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team (social work, dietitian, nephrologist) and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Current RN license from the Washington State Board of Nursing or a Multi-State Compact license
• Current CPR/BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience
• Prior dialysis experience required
• Prior acute or ambulatory nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work across peninsula clinics and cover AM/PM shifts as needed
