In this on-site role, you’ll supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) across Claremont’s public schools, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. Qualifications:

• Active, current Occupational Therapist license (New Hampshire)
• Experience in supervising COTAs
• Previous school-based occupational therapy experience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site clinical supervision to assigned COTAs (up to 2 COTAs per OT)
• Provide approximately 7 supervision hours per COTA monthly
• Complete all required documentation and paperwork
• Collaborate with school staff and assist in service compliance and delivery
