Beef Processing & Slaughterhouse Workers – Immediate Openings

Location: Center Hills, Florida
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

We are currently hiring motivated and dependable individuals to work in a beef processing and slaughterhouse facility. Whether you already have experience or are looking for an opportunity to start a long-term career, we want to hear from you!

Pay

• $15.00/hour – Entry-level candidates (No experience required)
• Up to $20.00/hour – Candidates with previous beef processing or slaughterhouse experience

Job Responsibilities

• Beef harvesting and processing.
• Kill floor operations.
• Carcass processing.
• Meat cutting, trimming, and deboning.
• Packaging and preparing products.
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Performing other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to fluent English required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a cold production environment.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Previous beef processing or slaughterhouse experience is preferred for higher pay but is not required .
