We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, configuration, financial reporting, data analysis, testing and business process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Finance, Accounting, IT and business teams to support financial operations and optimize Oracle Fusion Financials processes.

• Assist with Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, configuration and support activities.
• Support financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and Fixed Assets .
• Gather and document finance business and functional requirements.
• Work with Finance and Accounting teams to understand and improve business processes.
• Support financial data migration, validation, reconciliation and data quality activities.
• Participate in system testing, integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyze financial transactions, balances, reports and system data.
• Assist with troubleshooting functional issues and coordinating resolutions.
• Support Oracle Fusion updates, enhancements and new functionality.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation and user guides.
• Assist with financial reporting, dashboards and data analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams on finance system improvements.
