The company's brand portfolio includes the leading brands Domino®, C&H®, Redpath®, Tate & Lyle®, Lyle's® and Sidul®.The Bulk Loader Supervisor will directly supervise up to 30 unionized employees on rotating shifts. Detailed roles and responsibilities include supervising and coordinating loading/unloading operations, assigning duties, ensuring conformance to policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of interaction with all associates, developing weekly labor schedules, enforcing company policies, holding employees accountable, maintaining a continuous improvement philosophy, picking and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possible levels of productivity and following FIFO policy, ensuring that shipments are accurate and free of damage, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment, ensuring that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly, ensuring the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation, maintaining a clean, neat and orderly work area, orderly stacking of product, leading operations in a way that promotes safety, assuring the integrity of the inventory and assisting in conducting physical inventories, producing and analyzing reports related to warehouse and distribution, and being responsible for the security of the building when acting as supervisor in charge.Job requirements include a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a high volume warehouse or equivalent military experience, a 4-year degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent military experience preferred, a high school diploma or GED required, up to 30 employees per shift, and a salary pay range of $62,500 - $115,000 plus bonus.
