Project Manager – Commercial Construction (Developer‑Driven, Design‑Build Environment) A fast‑growing commercial builder is seeking a Project Manager to oversee ground‑up and interior commercial projects across Central Texas. This company operates with a developer‑minded, design‑build approach , giving PMs direct access to ownership, real decision‑making authority, and the ability to influence how projects are delivered. Their work spans medical office, retail, hospitality, mixed‑use developments, and industrial , supported by a lean, high trust team that values professionalism, communication, and predictable execution. This role is ideal for a PM who is strong in client communication, organized in project controls, and comfortable running projects with autonomy, and is still growing toward a Senior PM track.
