Computed Tomography Technologist - Travel Job

Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros’ team as an experienced CT Tech. You’ll accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years CT Tech experience required.
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology preferred.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required; ARRT (CT) preferred.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification required.
• Certification or registration as required by Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) for CT preferred.
• Experience with GE CT equipment required.
• Proven IV skills and comfort with power injectors required.
• Level 1 trauma experience required; experience with stroke and fast-paced environments preferred.
• Experience working with EPIC charting system preferred.

• Facility Type: Hospital
• Shift: Monday through Friday with possible weekend coverage
• Patient Types: Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Department
• Trauma Designation: Level I Trauma Center
• Orientation: 1 day on unit
• Weekend Rotation: every other weekend
• Floating: Not applicable
• Support: Transport and tech aides available; resident radiologist onsite
