Job Summary

The Production Supervisor oversees daily production activities. You will manage workloads, workflow, and coverage to ensure on-time delivery. You will also handle employee training, performance, engagement, and safety compliance

Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet Target s: Ensures the team meets 100% of service goals daily.
• Manage Workflo w: Supervises daily tasks, employees, and workflow from setup to completion.
• Plan Coverag e: Works with leadership to balance workloads across the team.
• Train Staf f: Onboards new hires and provides ongoing coaching.
• Improve Performanc e: Finds skill gaps and creates plans to fix them.
• Reduce Ris k: Cross-trains employees to expand team capabilities.
• Communicate Wel l: Gives honest, constructive feedback to team members and peers.
• Escalate Issue s: Manager employee problems escalate to leadership and Human Resources as needed.
• Help Ou t: Assists with daily operational tasks to meet team goals.
• Follow Rule s: Adheres to standard operating procedures in all activities.
• Fix Problem s: Investigates production issues and helps implement lasting fixes.
• Enforce Safet y: Acts as an active member of the Safety Team.
• Fill I n: Steps in for leadership team members when they are away.
• Track Inventor y: Maintains a neat facility, counts stock, and orders supplies.
• Serve as Liaiso n: Acts as the link between operations and customer service.
• Organize Material s: Stages materials for machine operators.
• Check Qualit y: Manages changes, expedites orders, and signs off on product quality.
• Fix Machine s: Submits and tracks equipment repair tickets to keep machines running.
• Pack Shipment s: Prepares goods for nightly pickup.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Work Under Pressu re: Handles high workloads and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead Tea ms: Experience leading teams in a high-volume production environment.
• People Skil ls: Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Licen se: Valid driver's license.

Education and Experience

• Deg ree: BA in Manufacturing, Business, or equal work experience.
• Experie nce: 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Process Knowle dge: Lean manufacturing experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lif ting: Frequently lifts 10–20 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Stan ding: Ability to stand for 10–12 hours.
• Mo ving: Ability to bend, push, and pull carts.
