Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship completion (CFY considered)
• Previous experience in a school, healthcare, or pediatric setting preferred
• Proficiency in providing services via teletherapy platforms
• Strong assessment and intervention planning skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Collaborative mindset and a commitment to inclusive, student-centered care

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver targeted speech and language therapy, both in-person and via teletherapy if needed
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with teachers, families, and staff
• Participate in meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities
• Support the creation of positive and inclusive learning environments
