We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a distinguished fine dining restaurant known for delivering refined cuisine, polished service, and unforgettable guest experiences. What You'll Do

• Lead all front of house operations while ensuring flawless execution of every service.
• Develop, mentor, and inspire managers and service teams to consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Foster a culture built on professionalism, accountability, hospitality, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with culinary leadership to create a seamless dining experience from kitchen to table.
• Maintain exceptional standards for service, cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee labor, scheduling, beverage performance, and operational budgets while driving profitability.
• Build lasting relationships with guests, VIPs, and corporate clients.
• Coach and develop future leaders through ongoing training and performance management.
• Identify opportunities to elevate the guest experience and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Proven success leading high performing front of house teams in an upscale dining environment.
• Experience managing multiple dining experiences, tasting menus, chef driven concepts, or luxury service environments is highly valued.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, labor, and operational costs.
• Extensive knowledge of wine, cocktails, and elevated dining service.
• Calm, confident leadership style with exceptional communication and coaching skills.
• Passion for hospitality and a genuine commitment to developing people.
• Someone who leads with humility, professionalism, and attention to every guest interaction.
