Maintain and update manpower and personnel information within Excel spreadsheets, databases, and other applicable organizational tracking tools. Perform routine data entry and data validation to ensure manpower and personnel information is accurate, complete, and current. Assist with the development and maintenance of organizational charts, personnel rosters, contact lists, and other organizational documentation. Update employee nameplates, office listings, and other personnel identification materials as organizational changes occur. Provide general administrative support to the Program Operations team, including document preparation, data collection, file management, and routine office projects. Handle personnel and organizational information with appropriate discretion and maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. Perform other administrative and program support duties as assigned.
