Are you an experienced nursing leader passionate about behavioral health and substance use treatment ? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a highly visible Director of Nursing role and provide clinical leadership across a growing network of healthcare programs throughout Arizona.

You'll lead and mentor nursing teams, strengthen clinical standards, drive quality initiatives, and help ensure exceptional patient care across multiple locations.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight across multiple Arizona locations.
• Lead, mentor, and support nurses and medical assistants.
• Partner with operations, quality, and compliance teams to strengthen clinical performance.
• Oversee medication management and med-room operations.
• Support behavioral health, SMI, integrated-care, ACT/FACT, and PCMH programs.
• Serve as Program Sponsor for Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs) and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and positive clinical outcomes.
• Travel regularly throughout Arizona to provide hands-on leadership and team support.

What You'll Bring

• BSN required ; MSN, MHA, MPH, or related master's degree preferred.
• Current Arizona or Compact RN license in good standing.
• 3+ years of nursing leadership experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, community-based care, or integrated healthcare.
• Experience with Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP) and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of medication management and clinical operations.
• ACT/FACT, SMI, PCMH, and NextGen experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable MVR, and ability to travel throughout Arizona.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card and ability to successfully complete required background screening.

Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
