This individual will play an important role in the development and growth of a new pelvic health service line. The ideal candidate will bring strong pelvic-floor experience, clinical confidence and an interest in helping establish and expand the program. Responsibilities include: Perform initial and ongoing patient evaluations and assessments Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient's condition, goals and needs Provide 1:1 physical therapy treatments in an outpatient setting Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic-floor and pelvic-health conditions Develop individualized treatment programs designed to improve function, reduce pain and improve quality of life Establish measurable patient goals and monitor progress throughout treatment Document treatment plans, progress and plans for reevaluation Collaborate with other rehabilitation and healthcare professionals Help support the development and growth of the pelvic health program Provide guidance and supervision to PTAs, students and support personnel as appropriate Qualifications: Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Pelvic-floor experience required Ideally 3+ years of pelvic-floor experience Orthopedic experience preferred BLS certification at time of hire Strong communication and patient-care skills Interest in helping build and grow a pelvic health service line If you're an experienced Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist looking for an opportunity where you can have a direct impact on both your patients and the growth of a new program, we'd love to connect.
