Home Care Caregiver Position

Join Our Growing Home Care Team in Wilmington & Surrounding Areas Not all home care agencies are alike. At HomeWell Care Services, we take a more personal approach to care — both for our clients and for the caregivers who support them every day. We are currently hiring dependable caregivers, companions, and CNAs who want meaningful work and a team that truly values what they do. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own home while building real relationships with the families they serve.

About Us We are a locally owned and operated agency serving Wilmington, Carolina Beach, Leland, and surrounding communities. As the owner, I stay personally involved with our clients, caregivers, and care plans because I believe families deserve consistency, communication, and genuine compassion. We are building a team of caregivers who lead with kindness, patience, professionalism, and heart.

What You'll Do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care and daily routines
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping
• Support mobility and safety in the home
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands
• Help families feel supported and at ease

What We're Looking For

• Experience in caregiving, home care, senior care, or healthcare preferred
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required for all cases
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and professional
• Someone who treats clients the way they would want their own family treated
