Job Description

Heritage Hospice of Holiday Health Care is recruiting an experienced RN to join our growing team! The RN will coordinate and provide skilled and compassionate care to our hospice patients.

Full Time
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday

Qualifications

Registered Nurse in Indiana
Hospice, Home Health, or Long-Term Care experience preferred
Must have a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and ability to travel to patient's current residence
Must have knowledge & commitment to Hospice Philosophy of Care
