About the Role:

As a RN Charge Nurse , you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the day-to-day operations of our nursing department, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery

• Supervising and mentoring a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to promote a culture of excellence and resident satisfaction

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

• Conducting resident assessments, monitoring condition changes, and reporting concerns to the healthcare team

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records, including resident charts and incident reports

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth transitions and optimal care

Requirements:

• RN License in the State of North Carolina (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in rehabilitation and skilled nursing care

• Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring nursing staff

• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
