Coordinate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work cooperatively with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide thorough, well-rounded care

Track Progress and Adjust Treatments: Keep records of clinical outcomes and modify treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the correct path

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college

Ongoing education or additional certifications are encouraged and readily supported

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) state license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
