Responsible for dealing with customer and client needs during sale events. Selling of merchandise includes working with customers, carrying their items to and from the dressing room and from the selling floor to the registers. Merchandising and restocking the selling floor which includes rearranging the selling floor as the sale progresses. Skills/Abilities: Strong sales skills The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers Ability to merchandise all product categories Ability to work with backstock and replenish merchandise Ability to unpack boxes from the floor to tables during load-ins and vice versa for loadouts. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Target Compensation: $24 - $28 per hour Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
