Location: Alma, MI

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Flexible PTA Opportunity in Alma!
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team in Alma, MI on a PRN basis. This is a great opportunity for a PTA who wants scheduling flexibility while providing quality, hands-on care and helping patients achieve their therapy goals.
What You'll Do
Provide treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist patients with mobility, transfers, strengthening, balance, and functional activities
Follow individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient response and progress
Communicate with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary care team
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Provide encouraging, respectful, patient-focused care
Qualifications
Current Michigan PTA license in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable and professional
Comfortable working independently and as part of a therapy team
