Audiovisual Account Executive – HunterOur client is a top Hi-Tech, full-service, CEDIA-certified company specializing in crafting customized home automation and technology solutions for residential, office, and hospitality applications. They provide integrated audiovisual, automation, and technology solutions designed around the unique needs of their clients. We are seeking an experienced Audiovisual Account Executive (Hunter) to drive new business development, expand the company's client base, and generate revenue through proactive prospecting and relationship building. This is a hunter-focused sales role for someone who enjoys identifying new opportunities, opening doors with prospective clients, and developing relationships from the initial conversation through the close.Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target markets, including residential, corporate, hospitality, and other commercial sectors.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and other business development activities.Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's presence within existing markets.Establish and nurture relationships with clients, partners, designers, consultants, contractors, and other industry professionals.Conduct client meetings and discovery conversations to understand business and technology needs and identify opportunities for customized AV and automation solutions.Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to develop solutions, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that communicate the company's capabilities and value.Manage the sales pipeline and CRM system, ensuring leads, opportunities, activities, and follow-ups are accurately documented.Track sales activity, forecasts, lead generation, and revenue performance and provide regular updates to management.Stay current on AV, home automation, smart technology, and emerging technology trends to identify new opportunities.Conduct market and competitive research to identify potential clients, partners, and areas for growth.Attend industry events, trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to represent the company and generate new business.Meet or exceed quarterly lead-generation and revenue targets.Participate in regular sales meetings and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales through project execution.Requirements:Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the AV integration, technology, home automation, or related industry.Strong understanding of audiovisual, smart-home, automation, or technology integration solutions is highly preferred.Ability to identify decision-makers, create new relationships, and develop opportunities from the ground up.Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate sales and financial documentation.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings, networking events, and industry events.
