General Manager weekly hours will range from 40-60 hours per week options, with flexible shifts. Assistant General Manager will range from 40-50 hours per week.

Here are some of the responsibilities:

• Hiring new staff
• Training new staff
• Nurturing the culture to be a fun place to work
• Train shift leads to setup schedules for the shifts
• be a mentor to the shift leads
• Stay positive
• Focus on the solutions and not on the problems
• Communication with corporate entity as needed
• Make sure all ingredients for the store are on site as needed
• Track KPI's for store to report back to owners
• Learn as much as you can while having fun!

Pay: $53,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year PLUS BONUS opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year

• 3 years Bakery or Food Service Experience
• 5 years Leadership Experience

Restaurant type:

• Bakery

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate, pending location applied to:

• Marietta, GA 30066: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Kennesaw, GA 30152: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Sandy Springs, GA 30328: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Food Handler Certification (Preferred)

Shift availability:
