Staff Accountant

Due to continued growth, Donley's Cleveland office is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to join our team and handle the day-to-day accounting functions throughout the monthly process and assist with year-end closing and audit.

Job Details

• Scan and code job payable invoices
• Perform general cost accounting and other related duties for the organization
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Provide outside auditors with assistance; gather necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Run T&M backup for necessary billings
• Assist with billing process
• Assist with year-end job closeout
• Assist with vendor setup, manage W9's

Position Requirements

Education, Knowledge & Experience

• Associate's degree in accounting or finance with 3-5 years of administrative experience
• At least 2 years' experience working with accounts receivable and/or contract administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels
• Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
• Able to perform duties independently
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail
