If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Director - Infrastructure Project Advisory (Strategy & Technology) in Infrastructure and Projects Advisory for our Deal Advisory practice.Responsibilities:Lead complex infrastructure advisory engagements focused on operations, asset management, organizational transformation, and technology implementation across transit and public infrastructure sectorsServe as a trusted advisor to executive-level clients, translating business challenges into actionable operational and technology strategiesDrive business development and go-to-market initiatives, generating new opportunities and expanding KPMG's infrastructure advisory practiceLead the design and deployment of asset management frameworks, governance structures, and enterprise technology solutions, including IBM Maximo and risk management platformsDevelop and mentor high-performing teams through recruitment, coaching, training, and career development initiativesAdvance industry thought leadership and practice growth through client engagement, publications, conference participation, and collaboration with KPMG leadersAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum eight years of recent experience working in critical infrastructure (specifically rail, transit, utilities, or public sector), including proven experience leading complex projects within an advisory consulting environmentMaster's degree or post-graduate degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Public Planning, or Technology) is preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/universityDeep content knowledge of rail and transit operations, asset maintenance, lifecycle management, and business process re-engineeringDemonstrated track record of leading large-scale consulting engagements and technology-enabled business transformations, including enterprise-wide EAM platforms (IBM Maximo/MAS9, Infor, or ServiceNow) and governance frameworksIn-depth understanding of asset management standards (ISO 55001).
